Information submitted through forms
When you use a contact, volunteer, program-interest, or partnership form, the website collects the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, interests, availability, organization, and message.
The Foundation uses that information to respond, evaluate a possible volunteer or partnership fit, coordinate opportunities, and maintain a record of the inquiry. Do not submit financial account information, government identification numbers, detailed medical information, or other highly sensitive data.
How form submissions are delivered and stored
Valid form submissions are emailed to unlimitedimaginationfoundation@gmail.com. A backup may also be stored in a protected area of the Foundation’s web-hosting account so messages are not lost if email delivery fails. Access should be limited to people who need the information to respond or administer Foundation activities.
Cookies and technical data
This website uses an essential session cookie to protect forms against misuse and remember success or validation messages while a form is processed. The site does not include advertising cookies or third-party analytics by default.
The form system temporarily uses a privacy-preserving hash derived from the visitor’s internet address to limit automated or repeated submissions. The hash is used for short-term rate limiting and is not stored with the form content.
Sharing and selling information
The Foundation does not sell information submitted through this website. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website or process a request, and when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect people, the Foundation, or the website.
External services
Donation links open PayPal, and social-media links open Facebook. Those services operate under their own privacy and security practices. Information entered directly on PayPal or Facebook is handled by that service, not by this website.
Children and teen volunteers
The website does not ask for a date of birth. A person under 18 should involve a parent or guardian before submitting volunteer information. Additional permission or supervision may be required for participation.
Retention and your choices
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage involvement, keep operational records, or meet legal obligations. You may ask the Foundation to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any recordkeeping requirement.
